Brief Introduction of The Human Resources Association of Tianjin Foreign Enterprises:

The Human Resources Association of Tianjin Foreign Enterprises (hereinafter refers to as HRA) is a juridical association initiated by Tianjin Foreign Enterprises & Experts Service Co., Ltd.; officially approved and registered with Tianjin Association Administration Bureau; governed by Tianjin Commission of Commerce. And its preexistence is The Sodality of HR Managers in Tianjin Foreign Enterprises established in 1997.

The HRA tenets: Promote the extension and development of modern HR doctrines applied in Tianjin and its bordering area; enhance the HR staff’s theoretical and practical levels; build the bridge of the communications between the enterprises and the government; provide the HR professionals with an ideal platform for the exchange of information and experience.

HRA is led by the council and the secretariat operates the routine work.
HRA regularly holds the HR specialized conference、various kinds of seminars; invites HR experts、senior professionals both from China and overseas to introduce the modern HR management doctrines、movements and development tendency, explores HR future and conducts the HR management series of trainings to meet the needs of the members’, promulgates the latest information on labor、personnel affairs policy and the social welfare and indemnity constituted by the government via seminars & the company website; publishes monthly magazine of "Human resources"; provides exchanging opportunities among the members and between the members & the government.
